Lawn Care Crew:
Entry level foreman $15 / hour
-18 years of age minimum
-Willingness to work, receive guidance, and learn
-Able to perform physical labor
-Must be reliable and have transportation to and from shop -Professional lawn care experience required: minimum 12 months
or 2 seasons
-Must have valid MN DL
-Must have current MNDOT medical card
-Must have ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and customers
-Must show interest and skill in managing routes and team members
-Use of equipment is quality and efficient
-Must be able to operate all equipment including riding mowers -Must be able to teach others how to properly use equipment -Must be able to drive company truck and trailer
Skilled foreman $17 / hour
-18 years of age minimum
-Willingness to work, receive guidance, and learn
-Able to perform physical labor
-Must be reliable and have transportation to and from shop -Professional lawn care experience required: minimum 18 months
or 3 seasons
-Must have valid MN DL
-Must have current MNDOT medical card
-Must have ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and customers
-Must show interest and skill in managing routes and team members
-Use of equipment is quality and efficient
-Must be able to operate all equipment including riding mowers -Must be able to teach others how to properly use equipment -Must be able to drive company truck and trailer
Experienced foreman $19+ / hour
-18 years of age minimum
-Willingness to work, receive guidance, and learn
-Able to perform physical labor
-Must be reliable and have transportation to and from shop -Professional lawn care experience required: minimum 24 months or 4 seasons
-Must have valid MN DL
-Must have current MNDOT medical card
-Must have ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and customers
-Must show interest and skill in managing routes and team members
-Use of equipment is quality and efficient
-Must be able to operate all equipment including riding mowers -Must be able to teach others how to properly use equipment -Must be able to drive company truck and trailer.
