Landscaping position Requirements

  Entry level Foreman

 $20 / hour

 -18 years of age minimum

-Willingness to work, receive guidance, and learn

-Able to perform physical labor

-Must be reliable and have transportation to and from shop

 -Professional landscape experience required: minimum 8 full

months

-Must have valid MN DL

-Must have current MNDOT medical card

-Must have ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and customers

-Must show interest and skill in managing routes and team members

-Use of equipment is quality and efficient

- Most able to install products including edging, weed barrier, rock, mulch, sod, hardscapes.

-Must be able to operate all equipment including skid loader

-Must be able to teach others how to properly use light equipment

-Must be able to drive company truck and trailer

Experienced Foreman

 $30 / hour

 -18 years of age minimum

-Willingness to work, receive guidance, and learn

-Able to perform physical labor

-Must be reliable and have transportation to and from shop

 -Professional lawn care experience required: minimum 12 months

 -Must have valid MN DL

-Must have current MNDOT medical card

-Must have ability to effectively communicate with co-workers

and customers

-Must show interest and skill in managing routes and team

members

-Use of equipment is quality and efficient

-Able to install products including edging, weed barrier, rock,

mulch, sod, hardscapes.

$13-14/ hour

-16 year of age minimum

Skilled Crew member

$15-16 / hour

 -16 years of age minimum

-Willingness to work, receive guidance, and learn

-Able to perform physical labor

-Must be reliable and have transportation to and from shop

Experienced Crew Member 

$17-18+ / hour
